UK Shipping – Free 

We provide free shipping across the UK on all orders. Your items will be beautifully packaged and shipped via a tracked service to ensure they arrive safely and on time

International Shipping - £25

We ship worldwide at a flat rate of £25. Each piece is carefully packed and sent using a trusted international courier with tracking included.

Customs & Import Duties.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties, takes, or import fees that may be charged by the local authorities. These costs are not included in our shipping fee and vary depending on your country’s regulations.

 Every piece of jewellery is handmade to order in my London studio, crafted with care and intention. I sincerely hope you will be delighted with your new piece. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return guidelines.

If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order at mail@anameneses.co.uk. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition. This means the jewellery must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Please note that I cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered in any way. Additionally, returns on custom or bespoke jewellery are not accepted.

The responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer. All returned items must be sent using a tracked and signed-for postal service to ensure their safe arrival. I am unable to accept responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged during the return transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, I will process your refund within 5 working days. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
