Terms and Conditions

TERM OF SERVICE.

Please make sure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before booking a workshop. By booking a workshop you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted them.

Cancellations must be made in writing by email: mail@anameneses.co.uk

CANCELLATIONS.

Cancellations made more than 28 days before the start date of the booking a refund can be provided (minus a 10% admin fee) of the full cost of the booking.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date of the booking a refund can be provided (minus 45%) of the full cost of the booking. This is due to the difficulty Ana will encounter to guarantee a new booking and as well for the admin fee.

For cancellations less than 14 days before the start day of the booking there will be no refunds or transfers.

If a workshop is cancelled, you will be offered a full refund.

Once you have committed to a workshop, it is recommended that you attend it on time to get the most out of the experience. If the participant fails to attend the workshop the full fees are payable, and Ana Meneses do not offer full or partial course date transfers.

DELEGATE SUBSTITUTION.

A substitute delegate may be named at any time before the workshop at no additional cost.

TRANSFER.

Requests to transfer to an alternative workshop or date must be made in writing by email.

Transfers may be made up to 28 days before the course start date and will incur no additional fee. However, transfers are subject to availability, and Ana have no obligation to ensure suitable alternatives are available. 

A booking can only be transferred on one occasion. Requests for subsequent transfers will be treated as cancellations.

WORKSHOPS CONTENT.

Ana Meneses reserves the right to cancel a workshop up to and including the date of the course if insufficient bookings have been received and will strive to give as much notice of this as possible.

Individuals booked onto a cancelled workshop will be given the option of a full refund or of rescheduling to a future workshop date if available. Ana Meneses will not be liable for any losses or expenses arising from amendments to the workshop or cancellations.

LATE ATTENDANCE.

It is to the discretion of Ana Meneses to not accept a late arrival to a workshop if it is potentially detrimental to fellow participants. This will be treated as a late cancellation.

HEALTH & SAFETY.

Ana Meneses takes a diligent approach to Health & Safety for the sake of all participants who are agreeing to abide by the guidelines of our Health & Safety instructed by the tutor. Repeated failure to do so will result in immediate termination of the workshop without refund.
